Information We Collect
Purposes for Collecting Your Personal Information
In general, we use personal information we collect to pursue our mission and operations and to engage in the activity (and related activities) for which we collect it. Specifically, we may use your personal information:
Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to make all lawful, worldwide uses of personal information, including without limitation, to: collect, use, access (or bar access), process, fulfill, disclose, display, share, respond to legal process or otherwise exercise our rights under applicable law, transfer, store, verify, enforce, delete, and otherwise deal with personal information, and information other than personal information (collectively "Disclose").
PharmaCielo may also use your personal information to create aggregated information that does not allow you to be personally identified or contacted. Rather than showing individual activity, aggregated information shows user behaviour as a whole (for example, information might be compiled in order to calculate the number of customers living in certain geographic areas). Aggregated information is used to evaluate the use of our Website for development of the Website, new products and services and marketing initiatives. PharmaCielo may Disclose aggregated information to its agents appointed by it for purposes of administration or operation of the Website.
Whenever you voluntarily provide information through your access to or use of the Website, or by contacting PharmaCielo through other means, you consent to the collection, use and Disclosure of that information in accordance with the provisions of this Policy. You agree that PharmaCielo and those with whom we share personal information ("Recipients") may Disclose and transfer your personal information worldwide (including outside the European Economic Area, if you are based in the European Economic Area) for any purpose relating to our or their mission, operations, programs, or otherwise that is not allowed or prohibited by this Policy.
If we or a Recipient is required to provide notice of unauthorized access or other invasion of certain security systems, you agree that we (or they) may do so when required (or voluntarily) by posting notice on our Site or sending notice to any email address we have for you, in our (or their) good faith discretion. You agree that notice to you will count as notice to others for whom you are acting, and agree to pass the notice on to them.
If you are under the age of 18, be sure to obtain your parent or guardian's permission before you send any personal information to us, or anyone else. We encourage parents to get involved with their children's online usage and to be aware of the activities in which they are participating.
PharmaCielo reserves the right to change this Policy at any time without notice. Your use of or access to the Website indicates your acknowledgement of this Policy and consent to the collection, use and Disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. The Policy posted at any time shall be deemed to be the Policy then in effect.
How We Protect Your Personal Information
PharmaCielo makes all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that personal information collected from you is protected against loss and unauthorized access and is collected and stored in a secure manner. We have taken great precautions to ensure that our systems are secure, utilizing a secure hosting location. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers, nor can we guarantee that information that users supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.

Documents regarding your personal information will be retained only for the period required by law or as operationally necessary and then destroyed/erased in a confidential manner.
